In any case, users are encouraged to seek full billing policy and terms and conditions from the company that will apply in case of using the services of the Perfect eClass educational platform and/or any of the provided technological digital solutions.

Furthermore, regarding our billing policy concerning the Perfect eClass educational platform, the following terms and conditions shall apply:

(a) If, for any reason, any user wishes to terminate the annual contract before its expiration and has not fully prepaid the corresponding package, the period of using the services of the Perfect eClass educational platform will be invoiced based on the monthly charge corresponding to the initially selected package, which applies in case of non-annual commitment. If any user wishes to terminate an annual subscription that has been prepaid, it will be invoiced at the corresponding monthly rate (which applies in case of non-annual commitment), and any difference will be refunded.
(b) To change any package, the user must contact the company in writing, using the contact details mentioned above, up to 10 days before the end of the monthly subscription. The activation of the new package will be completed after payment of the corresponding package.
(c) In the event that any user who has contracted with the company with an annual commitment (either with prepayment or monthly installments) needs more or fewer users for a month, the corresponding monthly charge applicable in the case of an annual commitment, paid in monthly installments, will apply for that month, and any difference that may arise will be charged additionally. In the case of a reduction in the number of users, any credit balance will not be refunded by the company, but an extension of the subscription will be granted.
(d) From the moment the company sends a payment order regarding the payment of any subscription, there will be a deadline of 5 days for its settlement; otherwise, any active subscription will be terminated, and concurrently, any existing contractual commitment will be terminated automatically.
(e) In the event of either the expiration or termination of the subscription by us or the termination of the services of the Perfect eClass educational platform by the customer, for any reason, any data or information, personal or not, entered into the user/owner’s account, as well as the account itself, and any related user accounts (teachers and students), will be completely deleted from the platform system after 10 days from the expiration or termination date (depending on the case) of the Perfect eClass service.
(f) For the use of the educational platform, a 30-day guarantee will be provided with a full refund of the money paid for the selected subscription package for any issues related to the functionality of the Perfect eClass educational platform, which, however, should not be due to the user’s internet connection or the user’s operating system or browser. The 30-day guarantee will start on the first day of a user’s subscription and will be continuous until its expiration. In the event of the interruption or termination of any subscription for any reason, this guarantee will be automatically terminated, without the possibility of continuation or renewal in case the user wishes to restart the subscription for any reason. This guarantee can be activated once by each user.
(g) Any prices mentioned on our website do not include the applicable legal VAT. 3.4 Regarding the technological digital solutions provided by our company and presented through our website www.perfecteclass.com.cy, such as website and e-shop construction services, mobile application development services, digital business upgrading services, and digital business promotion services, social media management services, hosting services for website and mobile applications, the pricing policy, as well as any other applicable terms and conditions, will be communicated to interested parties after expressing interest in these services by completing an electronic form through our website. After expressing interest in the specified manner, a company specialist will contact you to discuss and implement your digital goals. Once we fully understand your needs, we will provide you with our financial offer and inform you of the applicable terms and conditions.

4. TERMS OF USE OF THE FREE TRIAL OF THE PERFECT ECLASS EDUCATIONAL PLATFORM

Our company provides you with the opportunity to try the Perfect eClass educational platform for free for 10 days by completing the online expression of interest form, which is available on the website perfecteclass.com.cy.

The free trial is offered to each natural or legal person only once.

During the use of the free trial of the Perfect eClass educational platform, users will have the following capabilities:

(a) Select the necessary number of simultaneous online users to test the educational platform.
(b) Use all tools for asynchronous and synchronous distance learning.
(c) Add their own logo and URL.
(d) Conduct online lessons (e.g., with their colleagues) to experience the platform’s dynamics.

If any user does not wish to enter into an agreement after the end of the free trial but wishes to retain their account and data, personal or otherwise, entered into their account, this is possible by paying the applicable fee imposed by our company. If any user wishes to enter into an agreement with the company for the provision of the Perfect eClass service, they can contact the company at the contact information provided on the website.

It is clarified that after any free trial, the provision of the Perfect eClass educational platform services can only continue after selecting a package, signing a contract between the user and the company for the provision of Perfect eClass services, and paying the corresponding fee for the selected service, following relevant communication between us. To ensure the uninterrupted provision of the service after the end of the free trial, we recommend that users contact us promptly using the company’s contact information on the website for timely actions.

The company will not be liable to users or any third party if the provision of the service is terminated, after the end of the free trial, due to the user’s negligence, unwillingness, or refusal to enter into a contract for the provision of the Perfect eClass service with the company, or due to the user’s failure to timely pay the agreed-upon fee for the service.
It is understood that the free trial will also apply to users entering into a contract for the provision of Perfect eClass services without requesting the use of the free trial option.
